抽油机二次平衡的探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE SECONDARY BALANCE OF BEAM PUMPING UNIT

针对游梁式抽油机在采用曲柄平衡（又称一次平衡）时存在的峰值转矩较大、负转矩严重等现象，提出了有关抽油机的二次平衡问题。对抽油机的二次平衡做了进一步的探讨和说明，并根据均方差转矩最小的平衡准则对在二次平衡作用下的二次平衡重的安装方式做了具体的计算。

In view that large top torque and negative torque are produced when crank balance (primary balance) is adopted, we present the secondary balance of beam pumping unit. Further discussion and explanation are made about the secondary balance presented, and the concrete calculation is made on the installation way of the secondary balance weight according the criterion that the mean square deviation of torque should be the smallest. The resulting formulas are instructive to the optimized installation and regulation of the secondary balance weight.
