摘要
国内对教育公平问题的研究较多集中在宏观层面,而微观层面的研究相对薄弱。从微观透视教育公平,班级组建不能遵照起点公平原则、班级管理不能恪守程序公正原则、班级活动不能体现机会均等原则、学生评价不能实现结果公平原则等都反映出班级管理中的不公平。其产生原因既与学生个体和家庭的状况有关,更与班主任的素质密切相关,需要采取多方面综合入手的策略加以解决。
The current studies on education fairness in China mainly focus on macroscopic level, with much less attention attached to the microscope level. To look at education fairness through a microscope perspective, neither the class establishment, nor the class management, nor the class activities, nor the student appraisal can follow the principle of fairness. The causes are not oluy related to both the students themselves and their family backgrounds, but also the qualities of head teachers. This can only be solved in comprehensive strategies.
