动态增强MRI和双排螺旋CT双期扫描在转移性肝癌诊断中的比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对比动态增强MRI和双排螺旋CT对转移性肝癌的诊断价值。方法:35例转移性肝癌患者依次行双排螺旋CT双期扫描和MRI平扫及Gd-DTPA动态增强扫描、延迟扫描。比较双排螺旋CT动态增强扫描MRI平扫加Gd-DTPA动态扫描对转移性肝癌病灶定性的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果:两组病灶检出的敏感性及诊断的准确性以MRI组较高,差异有统计学意义。结论:动态MRI对转移性肝癌病灶检出的敏感性及病灶诊断的准确性优于双排螺旋CT。 Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced MRI and dual-spiral CT(D-SCT) for detection of patients with liver metastases. Methods: 35 patients with liver metastases were underwent with both dual phase enhanced DSCT scanning,MRI plain scanning, Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI imaging and delay MRI scanning. The potential of lesion detection and sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of qualitative diagnosis with dual phase enhanced DSCT scanning,MRI plain scanning, Gd-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI were analyzed. Results: The Gd-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI was superior to the DSCT in lesion detection and accuracy of diagnosis which had statistical difference. Conclusion: The potential of lesion detecton and characterization of hepatic lesions are improved by Gd-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI compared with that by D-SCT.
