2,2'-二(N,N-二甲基硫代氨甲酰氧基)-4,4'-二硝基联苯的合成及晶体结构

摘要 应用Ullmann反应合成了化合物2,2'-j二甲氧基-4,4'-二硝基联苯(3),经Zeisel法裂解后与N,N-二甲基硫代氨甲酰氯缩合生成化合物2,2'-二(N,N-二甲基硫代氨甲酰氧基)-4,4'-二硝基联苯(5)。对比研究化合物(3)和(5)的1H-NMR,(3)中6个甲基氢具有相同的化学环境,表现为一个单峰(δ=3.88),而(5)中12个甲基氢分为磁不等性的两组,表现为两个等积分面积的单峰(δ=3.31、3.13);X-Ray晶体结构表明由于空间位组,化合物(5)的两个苯环二面角φ=13.12°,预测其有光学活性。
