摘要
归纳总结了从自然伽马能谱的获取(测量)和自然伽马能谱的分析这两个方面提高精度的主要方法、途径与技术措施。加强物质屏蔽,以减小本底影响;严格控制光电倍加管的高压和主放大器的放大倍数,提高测量系统的稳定性,以减小系统误差;优选标准样品的含量与几何尺寸,提高其制做精度,以减小标准样品引入的误差;用137Cs单能峰检验且作技术处理,以确保测谱系统的长期稳定性以及做好解谱前的预处理、优选5个能窗的最小二乘法解谱等。
Based on the theoretical study and summarization of practical experiences, a main way and techniques have been derived from data acquisition and analysis of natural gamma ray spectra They are to enhance material shielding for reducing the background effect, to control the high voltage of a photoelectric multiplier and gain of the signal amplifier for ensuring the stability of a spectrum measuring system and reducing its error, to optimize the content and size of the standard samples; to use 137 Cs single spectrum peak testing for keeping long term stability of the system, to process data before spectrum decomposition and to adopt the least square method with the five spectrum windows
