摘要
为了解决塔里木油田泥页岩地层钻速低的难题,提高PDC钻头的破岩效率,研究了围压及PDC钻头齿形对破岩效果的影响规律。利用深井破岩试验装置,模拟了井深0~5km的压力条件,进行了PDC单齿破岩室内试验。结果表明,切削齿形不同,其破岩效果不同,楔形齿的破碎比功最小,圆齿的破碎比功最大。此外,试验还显示出随围压的增加,破岩效率下降;增大吃入深度,可降低破碎比功。
Effects of various confining pressures and PDC cutter shapes on rock breaking are studied in order to improve the cutting efficiency of PDC bit and to increase the drilling rate in a mudstone reservoir of Tarim basin The rock breaking tests of single cutter are made under different downhole pressure conditions (equivalently from 0 to 5000m) The results from the tests indicate that the various cutter shapes give different breaking rock efficiency The specific breaking of energy is the least with wedge shaped cutter and the most with circle shaped cutter In addition, the tests show that the specific breaking of energy can be decreased by increasing cutting depth
