摘要
对空心抽油杆用20CrMo钢管进行了真空扩散焊接试验,获得了在不同焊接及热处理规范下扩散焊接头的抗拉强度。试验结果表明,扩散焊接时间大于2min及进行600℃高温回火3min的焊后热处理工艺后,降低了扩散焊接头的抗拉强度;在对试验结果及实验现象进行分析的基础上,提出了进一步提高扩散焊接头抗拉强度的几点建议。
A test of vaccum diffusion bonding is carried out on 20CrMo steel pipe for hollow rod The tensile strength of the joints of diffusion bonding is obtained under different bonding and heat treatment conditions The test result shows that the tensile strength of the joints is reduced when the bonding time is more than 2 min and treatment after bonding high tempering of 600℃, and colding in vaccum A suggestion is raised to increase the tensile strength of joints
