摘要 幼儿评价是幼儿园课程实施中重要的一环,对幼儿进行发展性评价已在幼儿园产生共识,但在实际工作中,教师缺乏开展发展性评价的有效策略。我们经过三年研发的"幼儿多元成长记录"改变了传统的评价观念,实现了评价的动态性、多元化、综合性和过程性。 Evaluations of children' s development are one key part of practice of preschool education. It is a common consensus in the field of preschool education that children need evaluations of development. But in practice teachers usually do not have effective strategies to conduct evaluations of children's development. Three years' research of Records "of Children's Multi-development has changed traditional evaluative concepts and the evaluative system has become dynamic, diversified, synthetic and process-oriented.
