摘要
设计制作了一款新型压电变摩擦阻尼器,并对其摩擦面的正压力分布进行了研究。由于运用现有知识无法求出解析解,提出了假想正压力分布函数,并运用有限元分析软件对其正压力分布情况进行了模拟。根据模拟结果对假想模型进行了分析,提出只有在特定条件下假想模型才能够满足误差要求,并根据分析结果建立了压电变摩擦阻尼器阻尼力力学模型。
In this paper, the author designed a new type of piezoelectric variable friction damper, and researched the positive pressure on the rubbing surface. Because the analytic solution could not be gained through currently existing methods, a imaginary distributing function for positive pressure was proposed, imitated the positive pressure distribution by finite element analysis software. Analyzing the imaginary model by imitated phenomena, proposed that the imaginary model meet the inaccuracy under the given conditions, created mechanical model of damping force on piezoelectric variable friction damper by the analytic results.
