摘要
大体积混凝土在施工过程中,由于水化热不能及时散失,很容易产生温度裂缝。结合黄陵至延安高速公路葫芦河特大桥大体积承台工程实例,对承台大体积混凝土温度场进行了分析。通过分析和计算,对该桥承台的大体积混凝土采取了合理的施工和降温监测方案,并通过现场的施工监控,成功地防止了混凝土裂缝的发生,确保了混凝土的施工质量。也为今后类似工程提供了有益的参考。
During the big-volume concrete construction, the heat of hydration can not disappear in time, so the temperature crack occurs easily. Basing on big-volume concrete construction of cushion cap of HuLu-river super major bridge in the paper. Temperature-field of big-volume concrete is analyzed. By analysis and calculation, the reasonable construction and measure project is adopted for the big-volume concrete cushion cap. And though the local measure, the concrete crack is successfully prevented, and the construction quality of concrete is ensured. It has the great value for the similar engineering.
