摘要
完成工程建设是承包商与业主的共同的目标,在此目标下承包商能够与业主构建和谐关系,这样有利于承包商顺利实现项目目标并获得预期收益。承包商与业主建立和谐关系要具备一些基础条件,而且在工程实施中承包商要恰当运用一些策略来促进与业主和谐关系的构建。
Accomplishing engineering construction is the common target of contractor and employer, under this target contractor is able to build harmonious relationship with employer so that project＇s objectives and acquisition anticipated can be smoothly achieved.Contractor should have basic conditions and appropriately adopt strategies in the process of project to promote harmonious relationship with employer.
