摘要
介绍了利用ADS仿真软件设计低噪声放大器的方法及主要步骤,晶体管选择低噪声、价格便宜但性能优良的AT-41511。使用ADS器件库中的sp模型,重点进行了输入和输出匹配电路的设计。该低噪声放大器工作在750~850MHz的频段内,实际的测试结果噪声系数小于1.8dB,增益大于14dB,表明放大器达到了预设的技术指标,性能良好,可用于射频接收机前端。通过设计过程可以看出,利用ADS进行射频微波电路仿真,可以很方便地得出最佳电路设计,且指标完全符合要求。
This paper discussed the basic principle and specific process for LNA design using AT-41511 based on Agilent's ADS2006A. To simplify the method, it used sp_model of the ADS (Advanced Design System) device library. The main emphasis will be put on the input and output impedance matching and the measurement results of the LNA will include the following: Operating frequency 750-850 MHz, Noise Figure%l. 8 dB,Gain^14 dB. The simulation data and the measurement results on finished product show that the LNA in this paper meets the requirements of RF receiver. ADS software is used to simulate the results of the design instance and the results shows that the performance well answers for the previous target.
