基于LabVIEW的电机试验系统设计

Design of electric motor test system based on LabVIEW

针对目前电机性能测试中存在的操作复杂,准确度和效率低等问题,介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的电机试验系统的硬件组成和软件设计。该系统通过采集电机的电压和电流等参数,利用测试程序得到电机的各项性能参数。实践证明该系统具有操作简单,准确度高和效率高等特点。

Aiming at solving the problems of complicated operation, low accuracy and low efficiency in existing electric motor performance tests, the hardware composition and program designs of electric motor test system based on LabVIEW are introduced in this paper. This system works as voltage and current acquisition of electric motor and testing all performance parameters. The performances of this system have been proved by experiment that it possesses features of simple operation with high accuracy and high efficiency.
