摘要
介绍了带钢板形检测中的板形仪滑环所起的重要作用。并针对现有炭刷式板形仪滑环所存在的干燥洁净要求高、高绝缘性难度大、磨损、摩擦生热和检测辊振动等弊端,采用了一种红外对射式改进方法,虽有较大改善,但现场维修仍不方便,同时还不可避免产生漏油阻塞信号传输、振动干扰等毛病创新地提出了一种基于2.4G无线射频芯片nRF24L01的板形仪高速无线传输方案,经试验达到了非常好的效果,同时也解决了前面2种方案所存在的不利因素。
This paper is mainly concerned with problems of shape measurement for coiled sheet steel production. Firstly, it analyses the fault of charry-brush roll electronics. Secondly, it introduces an improved measurement of infrared transmission. Finally, it takes an innovative way by high speed wireless transmission based on nRF24L01.
