薄壁回转体移位机械手的电机调速及通信系统设计

摘要 航空航天工业产品为满足特定设计要求,许多零件采用薄壁结构,这种零件脆性大、形状复杂,搬运和装配要求严格控制零件的位置、方位和姿态。虽然采用手工可以完成复杂的搬运和装配过程,但运输和装配的稳定性得不到保证,尤其对于一些大尺寸工件,由于重量以及安全等原因,手工搬运并不适合。因此,大尺寸薄壁零件的搬运与定位装卡需要实现自动化。本文主要阐述了系统通过C8051f021和CPLD实现直流电机的PWM输出,介绍了部分设计及软件实现方法,经实验验证,该系统达到了预期的目标,可以广泛的应用到工业领域中。 To meet specific design of aerospace industrial products, many parts are thin-walled structure. And they are brittle,complex shape. Although it can transport and assemble the parts by hand, the stability of the transport and assembly can not be guaranteed, especially in some large parts. Due to weight, as well as security and other reasons, they are not suitable for manual handling. Therefore, large-sized thin-walled parts handling and positioning equipment cards need to be automatic. This paper mainly presented the system of PWM controlling of DC motor using C8051f021 and CPLD, and introduced the software design. The experiment result shows that this control system reaches the expected purpose and can be widely applied to the industry field.
