摘要
利用气相色谱法测定了常压下,30℃、40℃、60℃时甲苯-正庚烷-四甘醇三元体系液液相平衡数据。所得数据可供设计参考。绘制了三元液液平衡相图,随着体系温度的升高,两相区逐渐减小,均相区逐渐增大。用NRTL模型对试验数据进行回归,求出了3个温度下的活度系数模型参数,关联的结果偏差较小,证明NRTL模型适用于本体系液液平衡的计算。
The liquid liquid phase equilibrium data of toluene n heptane tetraglycol ternary system at 30℃,40℃ and 60℃ are determined under atmospheric pressure with gas chromatography.The method is exact and reliable and the data are useful for industrial design.The ternary phase maps of liquid liquid equilibrium are drawn at the three temperatures.The binary phase area decreases and the homogeneous phase area increases,when the system temperature comes up.The experimental data at three temperatures are correlated with the NRTL model to obtained the model parameters of the activity coefficient.The results are satisfactory which prove that the NRTL model is suitable for calculating the liquid liquid phase equilibrium of the system.
