高等级公路绿化工程计价与控制研究

Research on Estimation and Controlling for Greening Engineering of High Grade Highways

从分析我国高等级公路绿化工程计价与控制现状入手,阐述了存在的问题,引入"绿量"评价指标,提出采用在设计施工总承包的基础上采用模糊清单计价模式,并提出要尽快完善公路绿化工程的标准、规范,制定专门的公路绿化定额及概预算编制办法。对于推进公路绿化市场化和提高我国高等级公路绿化工程的造价管理的科学性有指导意义。

From analyzing the present conditions of estimation and controlling of high grade highway greening engineering, the existing problems are explained, the evaluation index of＂green biomass＂ are quoted, using fuzzy bill estimation based on design-build pattern is put foward, and perfecting the standard and regulation of highway; greening engineering are required rapidly and the norm and formulation method of budget only for highway greening are established. It would provide theory basis for pushing forward highway greening market and improving scientific of cost-management for greening engineering of high grade highways.
