摘要 目的:研究硫酸庆大霉素可溶性止血纱布创伤敷料的质量控制方法。方法:利用Hantzsh反应使硫酸庆大霉素形成二氢吡啶衍生物,在紫外330nm波长处测定吸收度,进行定量分析。结果:硫酸庆大霉素衍生化反应后,用紫外测其含量,线性范围为10~125mg·L^-1,标准曲线方程为A=0.0345C-0.0142,r=0.9999。含药敷料中硫酸庆大霉素的测定回收率为(101.0±1.8)%。结论:紫外测定硫酸庆大霉素方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该敷料的快速质量控制测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method for gentamycin sulfate water soluble hemostatic gauze complex dressing. METHODS Gentamycin sulfate was derived into Fluazifop derivant through Hantzsh reactiorL The ultraviolet absorption wavelength of the derivant was 330 nm, which was used to set up a quantitative analysis method. RESULTS The absorption of the derivant was in positive proportion to the amount of gentamycin sulfate within the range of 10-125 mg·L^-1. The regression equation was A =0. 034 5C - 0. 014 2, with r = 0. 999 9. The recovery of gentamycin sulfate from the complex dressing was (101.0 + 1.8)%. CONCLUSION The assay method by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is convenient, fast and accurate in determining the content of gentamycin sulfate in the soluble gauze, which is suitable to control the quality of the complex dressing.
