摘要
目的:制定蒙药小叶锦鸡儿的质量标准,为蒙药小叶锦鸡儿的合理利用和质量控制提供依据。方法:对5个不同产地的小叶锦鸡儿进行性状及显微特征观测;用薄层层析法以β-谷甾醇为对照品进行鉴别;用水分测定法、灰分测定法,浸出物测定法等进行相应的检查;采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品在510nm测定其总黄酮含量。结果:5个不同产地的小叶锦鸡儿在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;水分含量均在8.57%以下,总灰分均在8.40%以下,酸不溶性灰分均在2.58%以下,醇溶性浸出物含量均在7.0%以上;总黄酮的含量均在0.15%以上。结论:通过研究制定蒙药小叶锦鸡儿的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of mogolian medicine Caragana microphylla by setting up the quality control criteria of C. microphylla. METHODS Characteristics and micro-features of 5 Mogolian medicine Caragana microphylla samples from different habitats were observed. The samples were identified by TLC with β-sitosterol as reference. The samples were examined by moisture measuring, ash determination and extract mensuration method. UV spectrophotometry was developed to determine total contents of flavonoids at 510 nm using rutin as a reference substance. RESULTS The 5 samples from different habitats presented the spots of the same colors as the control chromatogram at the corresponding position. The water content was below 8. 57%, the average content of ash was less than 8. 40% and acid insoluble ash was under 2. 58%. Ethanol soluble extract was above 7. 0% and total flavones were more than 0. 15%. CONCLUSION The methods developed in this experiment can be used for the quality control of C. microphylla.
