摘要
目的:优选回流提取法制备淡竹沥的工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以总氨基酸和愈创木酚为评价指标。结果:回流提取法最佳工艺是10倍量70%乙醇提取2次,提取时间为2h。结论:回流提取法方便、稳定、可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the refluxing process for Danzhuli. METHODS The experiment was designed with orthogonal test method, and the yield of total amino acid and guaiacol were used as the testing index. RESULTS The optimum solution refluxing conditions were as follow, adding 10-fold 70% ethanol, and extracting for 2 hours by solution reflux. CONCLUSION The processing technology is easy, feasible.
