马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性胃肠病疗效观察

Effects of trimebutine maleate on functional dyspepsia with irritable bowel syndrome

目的:用曲美布汀治疗功能性胃肠病并对治疗效果进行分析。方法:选择功能性胃肠病患者104例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙比利片,治疗组口服马来酸曲美布汀。2组患者生活习惯饮食相同。结果:治疗组总有效率(90.6%)明显高于对照组(68.6%)(P<0.01)。结论:马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性胃肠病安全、有效值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of trimebutine on functional gastrointestinal disorders. METHODS 104 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders were derided into two groups： control group with mosapride citrate tablets and therapeutic group with trimebutine maleate, the two groups had familiar living habit. RESULTS The rates of total validity was higher in the therapeutic group than that in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION Trimebutine maleate was safe and effective for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders.
