摘要 对不同电极配方、不同制作工艺、不同电解质的电池高倍率放电性能进行了对比。同时,还对电池大电流放电时各部位的温升情况进行了分析。实验证明,影响电池高倍率放电性能的因素较多,如电极的配方、涂敷厚度、电解质、结构设计等。通过对各种实验结果的分析,总结了制作高倍率电池时应重点考虑的诸多因素。 High rate discharge performance in secondary lithium-ion batteries was researched. The influence and mechanism of different electrode material ingredient, electrode processing method as well as components of electrolyte were discussed. In addition, temperature changed in different parts of batteries were recorded and analyzed in the large current discharge process. The results show that electrode material ingredient, electrode thickness, electrolyte, structure and so on, influence the performance of high power lithium-ion batteries.
