On the Harmonious Cooperation Relationship between Industrial and Commercial Enterprises Based on Asset Specificity

随着流通企业市场势力的不断增强,工商企业之间的矛盾不断加剧。如何协调工商企业之间的关系,已经成为当前社会各界共同关注的热点和难点问题。本文从资产专用性角度出发,探讨了工商企业之间利益冲突产生的原因及其二者关系选择的依据,提出了工商企业双方共同投入专用性资产,建立长期稳定的和谐合作关系,实现"合作双赢"的观点。

Along with the increasing influence of the circulation enterprise, the contradictions between the industrial and commercial enterprises are unceasingly growing. How to smooth the relationship between the two sides has now become the common concern of the whole society. This thesis discussed the reasons that the interest conflict arises between the industrial and commercial enterprises and the grounds for relationship choosing between the two sides from the perspective of asset specificity. Then the author proposed that the two sides could jointly invest the asset specificity and establish the long-term stable cooperation to realize the “win-win cooperation” .
