摘要
为解决净水厂絮凝池效率低、投药量大的问题,对絮凝池的过孔流速进行了调整,合理设置了速度梯度。实施上述改造后,絮凝池的效率得以提高,沉淀池的出水浊度<3.0NTU,滤后水浊度<1.0NTU,药耗降低26%。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of flocculation tank in the water treatment plant and high chemicals dosage, the through hole velocity of the flocculation tank was adjusted, and the reasonable velocity gradient was set. After the reconstruction, the efficiency of the flocculation tank is improved. The turbidity of treated water from sedimentation tank is less than 3.0 NTU, the turbidity of filtered water is less than 1.0 NTU, and the chemicals consumption is reduced by 26%.
