摘要
为解决某卷烟厂易地技术改造工程中的污水治理问题,新建了一座综合污水处理站(处理规模为600m3/d),部分污水深度处理后回用。针对该卷烟厂综合污水进水浓度低、处理水量较小、冲击负荷较大、有一定难降解高分子有机物和悬浮物的特点,采用了水解酸化/生物接触氧化/物化处理工艺,并给出了主要构筑物的设计参数。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、BOD5、SS的总去除率分别达到96.4%、98.1%、98.7%,出水水质已达到《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T18921—2002)的水景类标准。
To solve the problems of wastewater treatment in translocation reconstruction engineering of a tobacco plant, a comprehensive wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 600 m^3/d was built, and the partial wastewater was reused after advanced treatment. Aimed at the characteristics of low influent concentration, small treatment quantity, large shock loading, organic matters and SS with difficult degradable polymers, the hydrolytic acidification/biological contact oxidation/physicochemical processes were adopted. The design parameters of the main structures are given. The operation results indicate that the total removal rates of COD, BOD5 and SS are 96.4% 98.1% and 98.7% respectively. The effluent quality can meet the waterscape criteria specified in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Scenic Environment Use (GB/T 18921 -2002).
