摘要 在传统水龙头的设计中未考虑利用自来水的压力势能,为此应用流体连续性原理,充分利用自来水管网中的压力势能,并将其转化为动能,研制出新型自适应变频节水喷头,实现了低微流量、高速喷射、强力冲击、清水去污,节水效率达60%以上。实验室清水去污试验及实际应用结果表明,该喷头节水效果明显,值得推广应用。 The use of pressure potential energy from tap water is not considered in the design of traditional water tap. A new self-adaptive frequency conversion water-saving tap is developed by applying the principle of fluid continuity, making full use of the pressure potential energy from tap water network, and transferring it into kinetic energy. The new tap is characterized by low flux, high jet, strong impact and effective decontamination. Its water-saving efficiency is more than 60%. The experimental and application results show that this tap has obvious water-saving effect, and it is worth to be widely applied.
