摘要 以3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、对甲氧基苄醇为原料,通过Wittig-Horner反应合成了白藜芦醇,对反应条件进行了优化,并对三氯化铝脱甲基反应的机理做了初步的探讨。 Resveratrol was synthesized from 3,5-dimethoxylbenzaldehyde and 4-methoxylbenzyl alcohol through Wittig-Horner Reaction. The reaction conditions and the mechanism of the demethylation were studied.
