知识员工的物质追求、精神追求等是以其所拥有的知识技能为基础的,如果企业为知识员工提供知识技能发挥以及知识持续增长的平台,使得知识员工形成自我成长依赖并嵌入于企业内部形成的知识实践社群,必然会取得良好的效果。

To a great degree, Enterprise＇ s ability to compete depends on attracting, encouraging and using knowledge workers. The effect to manage knowledge workers by traditional HRM model is not good. Knowledge workers＇ material need and spiritual need is based on their knowledge and skill. If enterprise could provides good environment of upgrading its employee, knowledge and skill, knowledge workers＇ development would depend on and be embedded on knowledge communities of practice that formed inside enterprise.
