东胜文化建构模式基本上可以概括为"三力攻心,人企共进",即,坚持"人企共进"的定位和方向,依靠文化体系的源动力,制度体系的策动力,战略体系的牵动力,渗透员工心灵,支配员工行为。依靠这样的企业文化,东胜公司正在日渐成为具有较强市场竞争能力、抗风险能力和较高文化品位的优秀石油公司。
The whole world has been entering a culture-dominating stage while the integration of economy and culture is becoming the times' trend and characteristic. This article takes Shengli Oilfield Dongsheng Company as a particular case so as to summarize the formation pattern of Dongsheng corporate culture, to generalize its basic characteristics, and to construe its superiority and peculiarity. It is concluded that the development of Dongsheng corporate culture is based on four main demands, which are the adaptation to the oil company management system, the reorganization and conformity of the working teams, the coordination and adjustment of the corporate-personnel relationship, and development of the marginal hydrocarbon reserves reserves. The formation pattern of Dongsheng corporate culture can be basically summarized as "Three forces jointly influence the thoughts, the double win and mutual development of corporate and individual", Which is construed as to insist the orientation and direction of "the double win and mutual development of corporate and individual" , to take as the foundatio the systematic motivity and power of corporate culture, regulations and strategy, to infiltrate the organization and administrate the employees' behavior. Dongsheng corporate culture inflects the cultural characteristics going with its own features. Based on this fine formation and pattern of corporate culture, Dongsheng Company is, day by day, becoming a more competitive oil company of higher risk-resistance and cultural grade.
