摘要
近年来,中国出口日本的蔬菜量持续下降,特别是2008年第1季度出现骤降。这与日本消费者对中国食品出现信任危机、日本对食品安全的要求、绿色壁垒的设置以及日本蔬菜市场的激烈竞争等因素密切相关。因此,中国政府及出口企业应积极采取措施恢复日本国民对中国食品的信心、提升产品质量、防范绿色壁垒及积极拓展其他国际市场等应对由此产生的负面影响。
In the first quarter, the vegetables exported to Japan plummeted continuing decline during these years. All these are closely related with the trust crisis to Chinese food in Japan, the food safety requirements in Japan, the green barrier and the intense competition in Japanese vegetable market. Chinese government and export companies should take measures tO eliminate the negative influence of it, such as restoring the Japanese confidence to Chinese food, improving product quality, dealing with green barriers and expanding other international markets.
