通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症临床观察

Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule in Treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Complicated with Hyperlipemia

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将82例冠心病合并高脂血症的门诊患者随机分为两组,治疗组予常规治疗加用通心络胶囊,对照组予常规治疗;两组均治疗8周,8周后进行心电图、血脂及心功能参数及疗效评价。结果治疗组心电图总有效率85.71%,明显高于对照组之70.00%,且可明显降低血脂,亦有改善心肌缺血、加强泵功能的作用。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in treatment of coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia. Methods： 82 patients with coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by combinnaton of Tongxinluo Capsule and routine therapy, and control group were trealed by routine therapy. The therapeutic course was 8 weeks in both groups. ECG, blood lipids, heart function and total effects were observed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results： The ECG effective rate in treatment group （85.71%） was higher than that in control group （70.00%） . Conclusion： Tongxinluo Capsule can effectively treat coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia.
