摘要
目的探讨灯盏细辛对内毒素休克大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法SD大鼠30只随机分为生理盐水(NS)组、内毒素(LPS)组、灯盏细辛(Fle)组,NS组注射NS,其余两组注射LPS,观察注射后不同时段大鼠的平均动脉压(MBP)、心率(HR)、左室收缩压(LVSP)。结果注射LPS后5min,LPS组、Fle组MBP较NS明显下降,LPS组下降最为显著;15min后,两组MBP均有回升,Fle组明显高于LPS组,但两组仍低于NS组。30min后两组血压逐渐下降,以LPS降低最为明显。注射LPS后5min,LPS组、Fle组心率明显增快,且LPS组心率明显快于Fle组;1~2h后,与NS组比较,心率均明显下降。注射LPS后,LPS组、Fle组LVSP持续下降,以LPS组降低最为明显;在15min时LPS组LVSP显著低于Fle组。结论灯盏细辛具有稳定内毒素休克大鼠MBP、HR,提高LVSP的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Fleabane(Fle) injection to LPS shock rats about hemodynamics. Methods: Thirty rats were randmly divided into normal salin (NS) group, LPS group and Fie group. NS group was injected NS, the rest two groups was injected LPS. The MBP, HR and LVSP after injection LPS were observed at different time. Result: After injected LPS 5 minutes, the LPS group and Fie group compared to NS group lessened MBP significantly, moreover LPS group lessened most. After 15 minutes, the two groups of MBP ascended, Fie group was higher than LPS group, but two groups was lower than NS group. After 30 minutes, blood pressure of two groups descended evidently, LPS group lessened most. After injected LPS 5 minutes, the HR of two gorups ascended, moreover LPS group was higher than Fie group. After 1 - 2 hour, compared to NS group, HR of two groups descended more. After injected LPS, LVSP of two groups descended continuely, LPS group descended most, After 15 minutes, the LVSP of LPS group was lower than Fie group significantly, the rest time had no satistical difference. Conclusion: Fie can stablize MSP and HR, ascended LVSP in LPS shock rats.
