摘要
研究了地区供电公司的购售电联动优化决策问题,将考虑了市场因素、政策因素和配网基本网络约束的供电公司日前购售电联动计划构造成一个非线性规划问题。以5节点放射型配电网为例,对其在丰、枯水期某日的情况进行了仿真。通过对仿真结果进行定性与定量分析,说明了上述模型的实用性与新颖性,也表明是否考虑配电网网络约束对日前购售电计划的制定有较大影响。根据该模型开发的西南某地区供电公司购售电辅助决策分析系统已进入了实用化阶段。
The optimal decision-making of power purchasing and selling linkage for regional power supply company is researched. By means of considering the market factor, policy factor and basic distribution network constraint, the day-ahead power purchasing and selling linkage scheduling is constructed as a nonlinear programming problem. Taking a 5-node radial distribution network for example, the situations of this network in a certain day in dry season and wet season are simulated respectively. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis on simulation results, the practicality and novelty of above-mentioned model is illustrated, and it is also shown that whether the distribution network constraint is considered or not will impact the drawing up of the day-ahead power purchasing and selling scheduling. An auxiliary decision-making and analysis system of power purchasing and selling for a certain regional power supply company in Southwest China that is developed based on the proposed model is in the practical stage.
