摘要
以"多时间级优化协调、逐时间级细化"为原则提出了基于时间尺度的节能发电调度协调模型及算法。该模型不仅考虑了当前时间级的电力系统安全稳定运行、连续可靠供电约束和节能减排优化目标,还考虑了当前时间级与上、下时间级之间节能发电调度计划的协调,以确保调度的流畅性,最大限度地实现电力节能减排的目标。同时,本文为开发节能发电调度决策技术支持系统提供了理论支撑。
Based on the principles of multi-level coordination and level-by-level refinement, a time-scale based coordination model for energy-saving power generation dispatching and corresponding algorithm are proposed, in which not only the constraints of continuous reliable power supply at current time segment and the optimization objectives for current time segment with those for previous one and next one are considered to ensure the fluency and continuity of dispatching, and implement the objectives of energy-saving and decreasing pollution emission utmostly. The proposed model offers a theoretical basis for the development of technical supporting system for decision-making of energy-saving power generation dispatching.
