摘要 研制了一种新型分布式同步相量测量装置,介绍了其组成、功能及软硬件结构,分析了相量补偿算法、嵌入式实时操作系统、内存式实时数据库、恶劣条件下全球定位系统授时等多种新技术在该装置中的应用情况。该装置配置灵活、适应性强,已在全国多个网省局安装使用,运行情况良好。 The authors develop a new type of distributed phasor measurement device. In this paper, its composition, functions and structure of software and hardware are presented: the application of new technologies such as phasor compensation algorithm, embedded real-time operation system, real-time database in internal memory type and GPS based clock synchronizer in this device is expounded. The configuration of this device is flexible and it possesses good adaptability. This device has been installed and applied in many provincial power network control centers in China.
