在钻井过程中,钻井液的排放,对环境造成严重的污染。无铬木质素钻井液降粘剂XL-1是由一定量木质素加入浓硫酸处理后,在甲醛作用下与栲胶或磺化栲胶聚合,再用不同金属离子络合而成。对XL-1的降粘性、抗温性进行了评价,结果表明,XL-1具有较强的降粘性及抗温性,高温下能有效地控制钻井液的稠化。

Mud thinner XL-1 developed is a chromium-free lignin mud thinner, polymerized by lignin treated with strong sulphuric acid and quebracho or sulfonated quebracho, then complexed with metal ion. Properties of XL-1 are evaluated. Tests indicate that XL-1 possesses the character of good viscosity-reducing, good temperature tolerance, pollution-free to environment.
