摘要 Ghrelin主要由下丘脑弓状核和胃黏膜x/A样细胞分泌,是生长激素促分泌素受体(GHSR)的天然配体,对动物摄食量具有重要调节作用。本文就Ghrelin对动物摄食量的调节和途径作一综述。 Ghrelin,an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone seeretagogue receptor,has been primarily isolated from the human and animal stomach mucous membrane ,which plays a key role in regulating animal feed intake.This paper reviewed the advance reseach of Ghrelin mechanism on regulating feed intake.
