摘要
本实验介绍了L-赖氨酸盐酸盐含量测定结果的不确定度评定方法,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量,最后整体合成。结果表明:滴定法直接测定L-赖氨酸盐酸盐含量的不确定度为0.86%。本方法评定过程合理,步骤清晰,不重复和遗漏。
To introduce a method for evaluation of the uncertainty of L-lysine monohydrochloride content by using titration and provide scientific basis for setting up effective quality control.The factors affecting the testing results were determined and the results were integrated.Results showed：the uncertainty of the result of L-lysine monohydro- chloride tested by titration is 0.86 %.The method for determining methionine is clear and adequate and without repeated procedure and omission.
