卤蝇蛹壳蛋白质的离体消化率研究

Study on digestibility of the crude protein of Ephtdra larva cyst in vitro

为探索开发利用卤蝇蛹壳作为蛋白质饲料原料的可行性,采用离体消化法进行了卤蝇蛹壳消化率的初步研究。试验结果表明:卤蝇蛹壳的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗纤维含量分别为32.31%、7.49%和19.45%。采用胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶两步法与鲤鱼肠道粗酶液离体消化法对卤蝇蛹壳消化后得出的干物质消化率分别为49.84%和47.99%,粗蛋白质消化率分别为36.49%和41.61%。初步认为卤蝇蛹壳具有一定的开发价值,其粗蛋白质离体消化率较低的原因可能与其几丁质含量较高有关,需进一步研究如何降解几丁质以提高其粗蛋白的消化率。

A in vitro digestibility trial was conducted to evaluate the nutritive value of Ephydra larva cyst,Tbe trial results indicated that the concentrations of the crude protein,crude fat and crude fiber of Ephydra larva cyst were 32.31% ,7.49 % and 19.45 % ,respectively.Tbe dry matter digestibility from pepsin-trypsinase two step digesting and the crude enzyme fluid from carp intestine were 49.84 % and 47.99 % ,respectively,and the crude protein digestibility were 36.49 % and 41.61% ,respectively.Therefore,the Ephydra larva cyst can be used as animal feedstuff.Tbe low digestibility of Ephydra larva cyst may owe to the high level chitin.The further research should focus on the decomposing the chitin to improve the crude protein digestibility of Ephydra larva cyst.
