摘要 自动测试系统通用性及开放性的实现,关键是系统间及系统内部软、硬件接口的标准化,包括系统硬件结构的标准化、软件结构及软件基础构件的标准化、测试程序集编程语言的标准化以及信号接口的标准化等。本文综述了自动测试系统的概念,自动测试系统的基本构成即自动测试设备、测试程序集和测试程序集软件开发工具,以及在组建军用自动测试系统时,为确保其通用性和开放性所应遵循的标准。 In order to achieve currency and opening in automatic test system(ATS), standardization of hardware configuration, standardization of software configuration and software base component and standardization of hardware joint within the system. This paper depicts the concept of ATS, the basic composition namely automatic test equipment (ATE), test program set(TPS)and its software development tool, and the standards complying with to ensure its universality and opening when constructing military ATS.
