提高重介质选煤技术 促进我国选煤业发展

Promoting the development of Chinese coal preparation by upgrading the HM cleaning technology

介绍了我国选煤业的发展现状及发展前景;重点分析了重介质选煤技术的重要性,提出从选煤厂设计与设备创新、节能降耗、自动控制等方面提高我国重介质选煤技术水平;指出我国重介质选煤技术存在分选效率低、设备磨损严重、介耗高、电耗高及粗煤泥分选和煤泥水处量困难等问题。

Present development status and trend in Chinese coal preparation industry introduced;importance of HM coal cleaning technology analyzed particularly;upgrading the level of HM coal cleaning technology in respect of plant design,equipment innovation,energy and material saving and automatic control pointed out;problems confronted in Chinese HM technology as low separation efficiency,serious abrasion of equipment,high medium and energy consumption,difficulty in coarse slime separation and slime water treatment displayed.
