摘要
针对梁北选煤厂实际生产中部分设备处理能力不足、介质消耗大、浮选效果差等问题,采用脱泥有压三产品重介质旋流器+TBS分选机+浮选流程的工艺对原工艺进行了改造;改造后,提高了设备处理量,达到了预期效果。
Aiming at problems confronted at Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant as insufficient equipment capacity,high medium consumption,and low flotation performance,the existing process converted into that consisting of three-product HM cyclone with pressurized feeding for de-slimed feed+teetering bed separator+flotation;after such conversion,equipment capacity increased and expected performance achieved.
