摘要
分析了粘胶纤维生产设备严重的腐蚀工况,提出采用中科院金属腐蚀与防护研究所最新开发的SEBF熔融结合涂装技术.通过试验和现场的实际应用,发现SEBF防腐蚀技术比工程塑料、衬胶、玻璃钢等常用的防护方法具有明显的性能价格比,值得在化纤等行业中推广.
The severe corrosion of equipment of viscose rayon production was analyzed. The SEBF fusion bonded epoxy coating technology newly developed by Institute of Corrosion and Protection on Metals. Chinese Academy of Sciences was presented. The testing and site application found that the SEBF corrosion protection technology offered a better performance to cost ratio over conventional corro-sion protection techniques such as using engineering plastics , lining with rubber and application of FRP etc. , deserving a wide application in chemical fibber industry.
