摘要
从动力学角度,导出了带减速器涡轮钻具在突加或突减载荷条件下的动态特性(动态力矩和动态轴向水力载荷)瞬变规律。实例模拟计算结果表明,带减速器涡轮钻具的动态特性瞬变规律能反映钻具的动态品质好坏。在突减载荷条件下,钻具的动态特性按指数规律变化,上部涡轮节动态特性变化幅度大,而下部涡轮节动态特性变化幅度相对较小,大幅度变化的动态特性对止推轴承的工作性能有影响。在设计时,必须使涡轮节有合理的止推轴承组合结构。
In the view of dynamics, this article discusses the transient pattern of the dynamic performance of the turbodrill witha decelertor undr the condition of increasing of deeressing load .Exaimple simulative calculation shows that this transientpattern of the dynamic performance can reflect the dynamic quality of the turboldrill .Under the condition of decreasingload, the dynamic performance varies exponentially ,and the amplitude of the variation of the dynamic performance of theturbine section above the decelerator is larger than that of the turbine section near the bit .The performance of the thrustbearing will be influenced by the variation of the dynamic performance ,therefore rational combination of thrust bearingsmust be designed.
