采用振弦式传感器的单片机压力测量仪

摘要 在勘探开发石油和天然气的过程中 ,油气井的压力是一个重要的技术参数。随着油气田开发的不断深入 ,对压力计的精度和可靠性要求越来越高。文章介绍了一种由振弦式传感器和单片机组成的油气井电子压力测量仪 ,它具有自动化程度高 ,可靠性好和精度高的特点 ,是测量油气井压力的得力工具。该测量仪采用新型的振弦式压力传感器采集数据 ,由单片机控制整个测量过程 ,并负责数据的实时处理 ,自动存储、显示以及将数据送往 PC机作进一步处理。振弦式传感器稳定性好 ,抗干扰力强 ,易于传输 ,易于数字化 ;单片机则实现了程控测量和数据的自动处理。文章着重说明了振弦式传感器的工作原理以及该电子压力测量仪的系统组成与测量方法。 In the process of oil and gas well,the pressure is a very important index.With the development of the oil and gas well,the precision and reliability of the pressure is demanded more strictly than ever.A kind of electric pressure gauge which is composed of vibratory sensor and single chip microcomputer is introduced.The gauge acquires data by using newly developmental vibratory sensor,moreover,the hole measuring process is controlled by single chip microcomputer which processes the data synchronously and stores them,displays and sends them to the PC to do further procession.The vibratory sensor has a very good stability,strong anti jamming ability and is easy for data transmission.This gauge has of high automobility,reliability and precision.
