植酸酶和维生素D_3对獭兔生产性能和营养物质利用率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选取3月龄左右健康獭兔40只,随机分成4组,每组10只,研究植酸酶、维生素D3及其协同作用对獭兔生产性能和营养物质利用率的影响。结果表明:与对照组、植酸酶组、维生素D3组相比,基础日粮同时添加植酸酶和维生素D3组植酸磷(PP)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.01);日增重、总磷(TP)表观消化率和血清磷浓度均有不同程度改善,但植酸酶和维生素D3之间的协同效应未达显著水平(P>0.05)。 40 healthy rex-rabbits with three-month old were randomly assigned into 4 groups(10 rex-rabbits in each group)to determine the effects of phytase and VD3, and their combination on production performance and nutrient avalability of growing rex rabbits.The main results were showed as follows:compared with control group,phytase group and VD3 group,the apparent digestibilities of PP in phytase+VD3 group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 );the indicators,such as the average daily gain, the apparent digestibility of TP and the concentration of serum phosphorus,indicated that the effects of phytase and VD3 combination were better than that of either phytase or VD3, but the synergistic action between phytase and VD3 was not significant(p 〉 0.05).
