大豆寡糖对绵羊免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 9只体况良好、年龄相同、体重(37±1)kg的内蒙古半细毛羯羊,按体重原则随机分为3组,饲喂等量的基础日粮+不同水平大豆寡糖,比较了不同水平的大豆寡糖对绵羊免疫功能影响研究。结果表明:饲喂大豆寡糖增加了绵羊外周血中CD4+T淋巴细胞数量,提高了CD4+/CD8+值和血清中IgG、IgA含量。 Nine wethers were divided into three groups to investigate the effects of feeding a basal diet supplemented with three levels of soybean oligosaccharides (SBOs) on immunity function,The results showed that supplementation of SBOs increased the counting of CD4+, the value of CD4+/CD8+ and the contents of IgA, IgG in jugular vein.
