摘要
采用长幅摆线作为双头螺杆原始齿形型线,根据啮合理论推导了长幅摆线型双头双螺杆的平面和空间共轭齿形型线和啮合线方程,建立了双螺杆啮合副坐标系,并给出了各段长幅摆线空间螺旋曲面的方程。分析了双头双螺杆泵密封腔的密封原理。所设计的齿形符合齿形啮合理论,两螺杆啮合线封闭,接触线连续,能够形成密封的工作基元。双头螺杆泵比单头螺杆泵工作腔室多,泄漏少,泵的排量大,效率高。
A long amplitude cycloid is used to be the primary gear form. The expressions of plane and space conjuration gear forms and meshing line are derived on the basis of spatial meshing theory. The coordinate system for twin screw is established, and the equations for space spiral plane of the long amplitude cycloid are given. The sealing principles of the twin screw pump are analyzed. The number of sealing cavity for the twin screw pump is more than that for the single screw pump. The twin screw pump is of the properties of less leakage, big displacement and effectivity.
