转鼓式细粉分级器的流场研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用五孔探针对转鼓式分级器内的流场作了系统测试,分析了主要操作参数转鼓转速和一次风量对流场的影响规律,通过数据分析和回归得到了分级区和沉降区各个方向的速度计算公式。实际计算表明,得到的计算值与实测值吻合较好。根据转鼓转速和一次风量计算公式,可以研究现有分离器的流场分布。经过无量纲化处理的变量适用于同类各种规格的分离器。 The flow field of fine powder in the rotary drum classifier was measured systermatically by the intelligent 5 hole pitot probe. The influences of the two main operting parmaeters, the rotary drum speed and the main ari volume, on the flow field are analyzed. The calculating formulas of three dimensional velocities in the classifying zone and the settling zone are acquired by data analyzing and regressing. The application the calculated results and the experimental results are well identical. The given formulas for calculating drum rotary speed and the main air voiume can be used to study the flow field distribution in seperator.
