The paper introduces in details Chinese energy-saving economic incentive policies in finance subsidy ,tax revenue remission,credit preference ,finance service ,and premium reward,and also discusses with emphasis United States,Japanese,and British energy-saving economic incentive policies.Based on comparison between Chinese and foreign energy-saving economic incentive policies,the article points out the insufficiency of Chinese energy-saving economic incentive policies,i.e.delay of rules and policy concerned,limited scope and lack of strength,unsuitable tax rate category for energy-saving service company.Finally the paper puts forth some suggestions concerning policies and measures.
